Hotel L'Archipel is a little sanctuary nestled on a tropical hillside overlooking a private sandy bay in the east coast of Praslin has a delightful setting amidst tropical vegetation which forms a natural amphitheatre overlooking the sparkling Cote d'Or Bay is ideal for those seeking a quiet stay in a small, secluded resort.
This delightful boutique hotel has spacious cottage-style rooms are scattered around the hillside within Hotel L'Archipel's colourful and lush tropical gardens reached by little pathways through the hibiscus and frangipani trees. Superior Rooms and some of the Deluxe Rooms are further up the hillside, while some Deluxe Rooms, the larger Senior Suites and Family Suites are situated closer to the beach. All rooms have a veranda facing the sparkling Indian Ocean and beautiful Cote d'Or Bay - the perfect place to relax.
The beachside restaurant La Gigolette serves breakfast, á la Carte lunch and seafood dinner, whilst the second restaurant Feuille D'Or specialises in Creole & International dishes.
Note - Hotel L'Archipel is committed to its 'green' energy-saving policy. Initiatives include the installation of some 200 solar panels saving over 28,000 litres of fuel annually. The new energy management systems in all hotel rooms saving around 30%, and new LED lighting in all rooms, reducing lighting consumption by some 80%.
The hotel is unable to accommodate children under 3 years of age and its hillside location makes it unsuitable for the infirm or disabled. Shorts are not permitted in the bar and restaurant after 7 pm.
