Cycle in La Digue Island
Overview
La Digue with a population of about 3,000 is just less than 4 sq. miles of island and riding a bicycle is a great way to see La Digue. You’ll be able to explore the island at your own pace and experience a quieter, more authentic way of life and stop in at some of the main attractions as you explore.
Highlights include the L’Union Estate, the resting place of early island settlers, and the D’Argent often called the most photographed beach in the world due to its imposing boulders reminiscent of prehistoric times and its blue seas, and white sands.
Bird watchers from all over come to witness the rare sighting of the Seychelles Black Paradise Flycatcher bird, an endangered species endemic to Seychelles.
